The World Affairs Council of West Virginia, with support from the Polymer Alliance Zone, will host Global Connections of the Northern Panhandle on Wednesday, September 23, from 8:00–9:00 a.m. at The Urban Collective, 1070 Market Street, Wheeling. Anyone interested in the region’s international business, cultural, and educational ties is invited to attend. The registration fee is $15 for general admission, $10 for members, free for educators, and includes a continental breakfast.
The one‑hour program will spotlight the Northern Panhandle’s growing global footprint. Also, hear from a panel discussion of four small businesses who will share information on their companies, products and their success exporting to global markets.
